Making a Reservation
When making a reservation, your credit card will be charged a non-refundable deposit, and you will need to mail in the remainder of your balance within 10 business days of your booking. 

Cancelling a Reservation
All cancellations must be submitted by email or letter, 14 days or more before your scheduled arrival.  We do not take cancellations over the phone
 
Reservations for Culver Academy Events
•    Minimum night stays required. No exceptions.
•    Full payment is required within 10 business days of booking. 
•    All cancellations must be Emailed 14 days or more before your scheduled arrival.
•    Refunds will be mailed within 15 days after the scheduled event minus a  cancellation fee.
•    Absolutely no refunds for cancellations less than 14 Days before scheduled arrival.
•    All reservations are non transferrable.
•    Additional fees will be charged for
o    Early check in (Before 3PM)
o    Late night Check In. (After 11PM)
o    Additional guests.
o    Late Check Out. (After 11AM)

Refunds
Refunds are always at the discretion of The Manor.
Any refunds made will be sent within 15 days after the scheduled arrival.
 Some refunds may be in the form of a credit for Main Street Manor.
Absolutely no refunds for cancellations less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival.
